About
I’m Sara, born and raised in a small town in Östergötland and now based in Stockholm. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, crocheting, and spending time on the golf course, love-hate both the beauty and frustration of the game, but most of all, I value time spent laughing with friends and family.
I’ve grown from a background in service into an experienced CX Lead with a strong creative and strategic mindset, focused on shaping experiences that are both useful and well thought through.
For me, design isn’t about visuals sprinkled on top of code at the end of the process. It’s about creating real value—making things clearer, easier, and better for customers, while also supporting business goals and long-term impact.
