As Product Owner for SEB’s Personal Finance Management experience, I led a cross-functional team to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Our mission was to make users feel confident and in control of their money that lead to long-term financial wellbeing.
I guided the team in creating easy to understand transaction categorization and expense visualizations, enabling account aggregation from other banks through open banking and other features solving the customer’s needs.

By focusing on the user experience and cross-team collaboration, we delivered high-impact releases that significantly reduced negative feedback and increased positive customer responses.
Going from 100+ negative customer comments a month regarding understanding expenses, down to 15 comments a month in 3 months shows the quick impact of working with the customer in the centre.
