Product Owner for the Personal Finance Management experience in the SEB mobile app. Led a cross-functional, agile native app team including iOS and Android developers, QA, UX designers, and UX writers.
The product’s goal was to help people feel confident and in control of their finances by turning financial complexity into clear insights, insights into actions, and actions into long-term financial wellbeing.
Example of different responsibilities and deliveries:
Led the integration with a third-party provider (Tink) using external APIs and cloud-based solutions.
Handling open banking service that allows customers to aggregate and view accounts from other banks directly in the SEB app.
Managed transaction categorization, helping users easily understand and track their spending through clear and intuitive views.
Ensuring compliance to regulations such as PSD2, European accessibility directive, GDRP etc.
